Remote Support Download

Remote support lets me securely view your screen and help you in real time.
Step 1: Download the app for your computer.
Step 2: Open it and tell me the code it shows.
Step 3 (Mac only): Allow Screen Recording + Accessibility (instructions below).

“If your browser asks, choose Allow or Keep.”

How to open it

Mac

  1. Open Finder → Downloads

  2. Double-click Acronis Cyber Protect Quick Assist

  3. If you see “App downloaded from the internet,” click Open

  4. Tell me the code shown in the app

Windows

  1. Open Downloads

  2. Double-click the installer

  3. Click Yes (User Account Control) if prompted

  4. Open the app and tell me the code

Mac Permissions (Required)

Mac: Allow Permissions (Screen Recording + Accessibility)

  • A) Allow Screen Recording

    1. Click the Apple menu ()System Settings

    2. Go to Privacy & Security

    3. Click Screen Recording

    4. Turn ON for:

      • Acronis Cyber Protect Quick Assist
        (or “Acronis Quick Assist” — whichever name appears)

    5. If it asks to quit and reopen the app, click Quit & Reopen

    If you don’t see the app listed:

    • Open the Quick Assist app once, then come back to this screen.

    1. System SettingsPrivacy & Security

    2. Click Accessibility

    3. Turn ON for Acronis Cyber Protect Quick Assist

    4. If it asks to quit and reopen the app, do it

    1. Close the Quick Assist app completely

    2. Re-open it

    3. If prompted again, re-check Screen Recording and Accessibility

What I can and can’t see

During remote support I can only see and control your computer while you approve it.
You can end the session anytime by closing the app or restarting your computer.
